Pesky rabbits keep eating your produce in your garden? Here is a simple solution to keep the bunnies out!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • wood stakes
  • shrink wrap
  1. Step 1

Either make or buy wood stakes approximately 24 inches long and calculate how many you will need to go around the perimeter of your garden space. Place stakes approximately 48" apart.

  2. Step 2

Buy shrink wrap from your local hardware store. Several different widths are available but the 6 to 8 inch wide rolls work best.

  3. Step 3

Pound the stakes into the ground approximately 6 inches deep and at 48 inch spacing. Now take the shrink wrap material and start wrapping the material around one of the corner stakes. Unwrap the shrink wrap roll as you work your way around your garden. It works best if you alternate which side of the stake the wrap goes on for the first time around the perimeter. Start your wrap from bottom of stake and work your way to the top as you lap yourself around your garden. When your are happy with your task simply cut the wrap and stretch it around one of the stakes. You now have an inexpensive barrier around your garden that will keep the bunnies out while your garden grows.
