Step 1. Download and install Daniusoft iPhone Ringtone Maker.(please visit "Resources"(below link))

Step 2. Add files
Click "Add" to import your favorite MP3 Music files

Trim the file
After add files to iPhone Ringtone Maker, you can clip any segment of the video or audio file before you convert it to iPhone M4R ringtone, just trim the file by moving the marks or use the buttons, or adjust it by setting a start time and end time.
