This article will teach you a fast, easy way to remove corn from the cob. This makes freezing corn much faster. This is also good for any left over corn on the cob that you may want to use in another recipe or pack for lunch!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Corn on the cob
  • Bundt pan
  • Seraded knife
  1. Step 1

First things first, cook the corn on the cob! You can boil it for about 10 minutes in salted water (depending on how soft you want your corn)or grill it! If boiling the corn, make sure you remove the husk. Corn on the grill can be grilled in the husk or without the husk.

  2. Step 2

Once the cork is cooked and cooled a few minutes, place the corn on the bundt pan. You want to hold the corn with the pointed end in the hole of the bundt pan.

  3. Step 3

Take the seraded knife and shave off the kernels. The kernels will fall into the bundt pan for easy collecting!!! Prepare for the freezer or add butter and salt to eat right away!!

Tips & Warnings
  • If you prefer sweeter corn, add sugar to the water before boiling rather than salt.
