This recipe is how to make spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. It is so easy to make and very low in fat! Its hard to tell you are eating healthy with this fabulous salad. I have made it to go with any kind of meat or even for a holiday salad to go with your meal.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 bag spinach leafs
  • 1 bag dried cranberries
  • croutons
  • Onion
  • Roma Tomatoes
  • Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing
  1. Step 1

    Wash all spinach and tomatoes. Put spinach in a salad bowl. I usually use 2 or 3 roma tomatoes, cut those up anyway you would like. Same with the onion. I tend to you use a sweet onion with this salad but you can use whatever you like.

  2. Step 2

    Add tomatoes, Onions, cranberries and croutons to the spinach

  3. Step 3

    If you want you can add the dressing to the salad and toss or you can add the dressing after you serve it. Use as much or as little of the dressing as you want.

Tips & Warnings
  • There is no right amount of tomatoes, onions, croutons and cranberries...use as much as you like.
  • You can use any tomatoes you like, I personally like the roma tomatoes in this salad
  • Add the dressing right before serving or else the sald will get soggy
