If you have dark circles under your eyes and have tried everything to get rid of them, you need to go to the next level. Shop Sephora, Amazon, Nordstrom's, Neiman Marcus or the Laura Mercier.com website to get the best product out there: Laura Mercier's Secret Camouflage.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

*Choose the correct shade of Secret Camouflage

Secret Camouflage is a two part compact concealer. There are several shade combinations available, and choosing the right one is just as important as applying it correctly. According to Laura Mercier specifications, choose a compact that reflects two things: one should match your skin's undertones, and one should match your skin's depth of color.

  2. Step 2

*Choose the correct shade of Foundation Powder

The next thing you need to purchase is Laura Mercier's Foundation Powder in a shade lighter than your skin tone. You also need a good brush; while Laura Mercier's brushes are the best, they can be quite pricey. Consider buying a Sonia Kashuk concealer brush at Target or a Sephora brand brush. Finally, you will need to buy some light daytime eye cream.

  3. Step 3

*Apply eye cream and light color

Apply eye cream under eyes, making sure the skin is clean. Gently rub in cream until it is absorbed. Now gently apply the lighter color of Secret Camouflage underneath eye and along inside of nose. Use a light touch. Be sure to apply on the outer corners of eyes as well.

  4. Step 4

    *Apply darker color and powder

Gently apply the darker shade to the top of the light color, lightly mixing as you smooth into skin. Once all Secret Camouflage has "melted" into your skin, take your brush and dip it into the Foundation Powder. Lightly coat all areas with Laura Mercier Foundation Powder to give a polished finish that will last throughout your day.

Tips & Warnings
  • It will take you a few tries until you get the hang of it. Once you've figured out how much to apply, you will be on your way to bag-free eyes! Be careful not to use too much, as heavy makeup can make your eyes look tired.
  • Do not place anything directly into or inside your eye.
