What? You don't believe it's true? As a completely in love, long distance champion, I challenge you to read on.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Leave a secret note. In the refridgerater, on the tv, on the steering wheel of the car, in the couch cushions, in a lunchbox... anywhere unexpected. It doesn't have to be fancy though post-it notes help on non-flat surfaces.

  2. Step 2

Send an unexpected, for-no-reason text message or email in the middle of the day.

  3. Step 3

Send mail. Old school, I know, but SO fun to find something from that one who makes your heart pitterpat tucked in with your bills and junk mail.

  4. Step 4

Videos. Even just a short clip of you waving at the camera and wishing someone sweet dreams, it's easy to tape, burn the dvd, and put in somewhere secret or drop it in the mail.

  5. Step 5

Buy one rose and put it on the pillow or sneak it into the car to be discovered the next day before leaving for work. One rose in the right spot is just as good as 12.

  6. Step 6

Change the screensaver on his/her computer to the scrolling word, standard option. Leave a cute message to be rotated over and over across the screen.

  7. Step 7

Dollar stores usually sell mylar balloons or the plain colored latex ones. As childish as it may seem, they're another on going reminder of your feelings. Taking a permanent marker to a solid colored balloon makes it easy to add a personal message.

  8. Step 8

Get up early and get the cup of coffee they were planning to buy on the way to work. It saves your sweetie a few extra minutes in the morning and scores mucho points.
