How to begin a character in World Of Warcraft

This guide is for anyone interested in World Of Warcraft. Creating a character is the first step in your quest to become the most powerful character in the world!

Things You'll Need:

• An Email address
• An active World Of Warcraft account
• About five minutes

1. Create a World of Warcraft account. This requires only a few minutes and a valid credit card and email address. In addition, pre-paid game cards may be purchased in most stores that sell video games.

2. After the patching process, launch World Of Warcraft and use your login information.

3. Choose from a list of "servers". This is the group you will belong to after creating a character, so remember the name of the server if you have friends creating an account with you!

4. You will now see the character select screen. Select a character from either the Alliance or Horde.

5. You will now choose a "class". Classes define your role in the World Of Warcraft. Generally speaking, a Warlock or Paladin are good choices for new players.

6. Finally, select and name and viola! You have just created your first World Of Warcraft Character. Congratulations!
