Things You'll Need:
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar-free Da Vinci Cookie Dough syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- Waffle iron
- Oil or spray to grease iron
- Medium microwave-safe bowl
- Whisk
- Spoon
- Fork
- Plate

Step 1
Waffle IronGrease the waffle iron and plug it in to preheat while you make the batter.

Melt ButterMicrowave the butter in the medium bowl just until the butter is melted.

Whisk EggsWhisk the eggs into the butter until they are well combined.

Cookie Dough SyrupWhisk in the syrup, salt, and baking powder, in that order. Whisk until smooth after each addition.

Add Coconut FlourWhisk in the coconut flour until the batter is smooth and no lumps remain.

Let Batter ThickenLet the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken.

Spread Batter in IronSpread the batter in the preheated waffle iron with the spoon, making sure to cover the entire surface. Close the lid to bake the waffle.

Remove Waffle to PlateWhen the waffle is as brown as you like it, remove it to the plate with the fork. (If you are using a large waffle iron, fold the waffle in half before removing it.)

Topped with ButterTop the waffle with your favorite low carb toppings.
