Things You'll Need:
- Very MILD soap
- Delicate Cycle
- Steam Cycle(if possible)
- Tennis balls

Step 1
Actually, if you wash the bedding right, it helps, because the down gets very dry after a while, so a good mild wash replenishes oil in the down . First you only want to wash this comforter by itself. Put your washers setting on either ultra-delicate, or if you have a Steam cycle on your washer, use that setting.

Step 2
Down alternativeMake sure you use a very, very, mild detergent. Any harsh chemicals will ruin the down. I suggest a all natural-non detergent mild soap. I have used Dr. Bonner's castile soap, but you can use whatever you prefer.

Step 3
After the cycle is finished, You may put the comforter in an the dryer with a couple of tennis balls. Don't over do this cycle either. My dryer has a steam setting that I have used, it worked well. You really do not want heat, just air, to fluff the comforter up.
