Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • The willingness to change and adapt to a few habits.
  1. Step 1

Increase your intake of flavonoids. Flavonoids are found in vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, and leafy vegetables. An easy way to add this is to think and prepare snacks of raw cut vegetable and dip them in a dip like Ranch Dressing. Try rolling the dipped vegetable in Sun Flower Seeds for a different taste.

  2. Step 2

Think "add a side salad" instead of ordering French Fries. You can even do this a fast food restaurant.

  3. Step 3

Quick and on the go. Fruit for a snack or have a pure fruit smoothie. Some places which make Smoothies have an immunity additive to boost your immunity.

  4. Step 4

Even more quick on the go, add single servings of powdered drink mixes with immunity boosters which go right into a bottle of water. Just shake and drink. Look in the powder drink section of your grocery store. These are also low in calories.

  5. Step 5

Treat yourself to a little dark chocolate. Dark Chocolate contains antioxidants in very high numbers.

  6. Step 6

Add Omega 3 oil and Olive oil to you diet to fight cancer. Take Fish oil tablets and use Olive Oil for cooking and salads.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not microwave the broccoli. The cancer fighting chemicals are lost during the microwaving process. It is best to steam the broccoli.
