There are lots of treatments available for Hepatitis, but one of the easiest ways to treat Hepatitis is with the use of vitamins (also known as vitamin therapy).

Instructions

Take 30 to 50 mg of Zinc daily. Zinc works by helping to support immune function which is important for patients with Hepatitis.

    • 2

Take 1,000 mg of Vitamin C, three times per day. Vitamin C helps to improve the immune system and also has strong anti viral properties.

    • 3

Take a high potency multi vitamin daily that is high in mineral content. This helps to ensure that you get all the basic nutrients and the vitamins that are essential for immune function.

    • 4

Take 800 mg of a Vitamin E Complex. Vitamin E Complex helps to protect against liver damage and also helps to support the immune system. Try to find a Vitamin E complex that contains both tocopherols as well as tocotrienols.
