Step 1
Try to excercise 3-5 times a week. Go to the gym, early, or late. Buy a treadmill and yoga mat. Have fun taking the stairs and walking at lunchtime. On weekends you can bike ride, or ice skate. Have fun with it!! When we were younger, excercising used to be called playing.

Step 2
A diet low in meat and dairy can do wonders. Try not to eat meat at all for one week and see how you feel. Try finding protein in tofu, beans, and nut butters. Cut out saturated fat, found in animals products and byproducts.

Drink lots of water!!!!!

While we sleep our bodies produce chemicals that helps us not to overeat. Get 8-10 hours of sleep a night!!
