Forearm Exercises Bar

How to make a Forearm Exercises Bar. It will cost less than half the price of one that could just be bought. This is super easy to make and is probably one of the best forearm workouts out there.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

First you will need to cut the dowel rod to your desired length about 24 inches feels just about right or twice as long forearm but everyone is different and it should be about as thick as a broom handle.

  2. Step 2

Then you should drill two holes into the rod and tie the nylon rope to it. Just try to make sure that at least 2 sections of rope will be supporting the weight, it just has to be strong enough to support some weight.

  3. Step 3

Now all you have to do is cut the rope to your desired length and tie it to the carabiner, as you can see in the picture the rope and the carabiner go through the weight and then the carabiner is attatched to the metal ring

  4. Step 4

now it is ready to be used.. here it is holding the weight in the picture. It is now ready to be used for your forearm exercises.

  5. Step 5

after you understand how to make one which is extemely simple you could improvise and make a design of your own here is one I make with a lat pull down bar and a SKS sling.
