Things You'll Need:
- 2 Chicken breast, fully cooked and chopped
- 1 Package of Ramen chicken flavored noodles
- 1/2 Package of frozen stir-fry vegetables (any style)
- Large Skillet with lid
- 2 Tbsp. water
- Soy Sauce
-
Step 1
Set up the work area with the ingredients and cooking utensils. Wash and dry the chicken breast and season with your choice of seasoning flavor. Heat the skillet to a medium heat and grill the chicken until browned on the outside and then cover till fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Take the chicken out of the skillet and save the juices to add the vegetables too.
-
Step 2
Cool the chicken to the point that you can chop it into small bite sized pieces. After chopping the chicken to the desired size and amount, (no need to use all if you aren't serving more than 2 people) set aside and re-heat the skillet and begin adding the stir-fry vegetables.
-
Step 3
Squeeze the sides of the ramen noodle package to break up the noodles before placing them into the vegetables. Open the package, cut the spice package open and sprinkle about 1/2 of the spice into the vegetables, and stir till well mixed. While the mixture is still frozen add the water, just enough to dissolve the spice, then add the ramen noodles and stir again till mixed. Cover the mixture and cook till the vegetables are fully cooked, but still crispy. The noodles will be ready by that time also. Serve with soy sauce.
