Vodka-soaked strawberries are a simple and delicious treat after dinner or at a party. For added sweetness, try soaking strawberries in a fruit- or chocolate-flavored vodka. You will need more strawberries and vodka depending on the amount of people attending your party. An 8-ounce bottle of vodka is good for one box of strawberries.   • 1 box strawberries
  • 8 ounces vodka
  • Knife
  • Toothpicks
  • Bowl
  • Plastic wrap

Instructions

    • 1

      Cut the leaves off of the strawberries with the knife. Use the toothpick to poke a few small holes in each strawberry.

      Pour the vodka into the bowl.

      Place the strawberries in the vodka. Cover bowl with plastic wrap.

      Place the bowl in the refrigerator. Refrigerate overnight.

      Remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Place toothpicks in the strawberries and serve.

  • For more potent strawberries, let them soak for 24 hours.

  • Dip strawberries in melted chocolate for an added treat.
