Anyone can make garlic bread but you will learn how to make garlic bread that gets compliments every time.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bread Butter Garlic Salt Parmesan cheese Oven
  1. Step 1

Pick out the bread you want to use. I usually use a nice loaf of french bread but occasionally I use a ciabatta. Pick what you like best. Cut the bread in slices by cuting down. You don't need to slice it open the length of the bread. This will get you a whole bunch of circles. Lay them on a baking sheet.

  2. Step 2

Melt a stick of butter in the microwave. Make sure you don't burn it by over cooking it. It will probably take 30 to 45 seconds. Then spoon the melted butter onto the peices of bread. Be generous. The already melted but will give you a soft middle with a little crunch on the outside.

  3. Step 3

Sprinkle garlic salt and parmesan cheese over the top of the bread. Be careful not to put too much garlic salt as it could taste very salty.

  4. Step 4

Bake the bread at 350 degrees. Bake it about 7 to 12 minutes. It should turn a little brown but the best way to tell if it's perfect is by touching it. If it feels like it has a little crunch to it but it's not hard, you have found perfection.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you want to sweeten your bread a little and leave your guests wondering what you did, sprinkle a little paprika on the bread. It will give it color and a little kick.
  • Mozzerella cheese on top of this makes awesome cheese bread.
  • Make plenty, people come back for seconds just to get your bread.
