Things You'll Need:
- sugar, eggs, butter, flour, baking powder, salt, blueberries, cinnamon, milk

Step 1
Mix together: in a medium bowl mix together 3/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine.

Add: stir in 1/2 cup milk. Use skim or 1% for a healthier dessert.

Stir in: 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Mix in: 2 cups of bluberries. Fresh blueberries are better, but frozen is fine also. The batter will be very thick.

Pour batter into 8 x 8 greased/floured pan.

Topping: Using a fork, mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine. Sprinkle on top of batter.

Step 7
Bake at 375 degrees farenheit for 45 to 50 minutes. (1 hour if using frozen blueberries).
