Stop and Reduce Hair Loss
Stop and Reduce Hair Loss

Hair loss is a common problem that many men & women face. Mens hair loss seems to be more common, however many women suffer from loosing hair just as much. There are some measures you can take a home and try to help stop and reduce your hair loss. There is always the option of professional hair loss treatments, but you should try a few things at home first.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

First, you should try to indemnify the type of hair loss you are experiencing. Is it in a pattern? Does it only happen at certain times? These things can be very important in preventing and stopping the loss of your hair. Notice if you have done anything differently to your hair. Color, treatments, a new shampoo - this can all cause hair loss.

  2. Step 2

Talk to your doctor. Look through all your medications, and read the side effects. In many cases, hair loss can be caused by certain medicines that you may be taking. Consult with a doctor to ask about conditions that you may have. Thyroid problems are linked to hair loss as well as diabetes and depression.

  3. Step 3

If you are experiencing hair loss, you may want to think about buying special shampoos and conditioners made just for the problem. Products such as Rogaine can help regrow hair. Over-the-counter hair restoration products can help lessen the problem and grow new hair faster.

  4. Step 4

Home remedies can also help stimulate the scalp and help prevent and grow hair. Coconut oil and Tea Tree oil are two of the most popular remedies. You should add a teaspoon or two to your shampoo and massage your scalp thoroughly every time you wash your hair. The more you massage your scalp, the more you stimulate your hair follicles and promote hair growth.

  5. Step 5

Reduce stress. Stress is one of the most common reasons for hair loss. Depression, anxiety, and stress related to work can damage your body's natural vitamins for bone growth as well as hair. This is why many depression cases have been linked to pain and fatigue. If you are too stressed out, see your doctor about medications and anti-depressants that might help the problem.

  6. Step 6

Exercise and eat a healthy diet full of vitamins and antioxidant. Nutrition is a very important part of stopping hair loss. If you don't have enough protein, Vitamin C, E & B, and other nutritional supplements - your body feeds off the extra that promotes healthy functions. Antioxidants filter out toxins which may be causing your hair loss.

  7. Step 7

If you are practicing all the above steps and still are seeing no sign of a break in your loss of hair, you may want to consider other options. There are plenty of medical procedures such as hair loss restoration and hair replacement systems that will work perfectly. They can become costly, but if you shop around long enough, you will find a bargain you can't refuse.

Tips & Warnings
  • Brush your hair often.
  • Massage your scalp often.
  • Avoid toxins such as drugs, alcohol, and tobacco which can cause hair loss.

Dear Friend,

If you would like to stop your hair loss and regrow most if not all of your lost hair, then this is without question the most important letter you'll ever read.

Grow hair all over your head. Fill in bald spots, thinning hair, and receding hairlines.

HERE'S WHY! Most hair loss is NOT genetic. The reason most of you reading this are losing hair is because your hair follicles are trapped and blocked off from vital blood supplies that are needed to nourish their development. Your hair is literally being starved to death.

Solve that and most, if not all, of your lost hair will come back. By addressing and eliminating the causes, NOT the symptoms of hair loss ---You can expect your hair to come back for you. SIMPLE!

The Reason You Don't Know About Regrowing Your Hair Naturally
