If you are still using dial up service then your connection to the internet is just about as slow as it can get. There is no magic potion to make your dial up any faster but these things might help out a little.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

It can be real annoying when using dial-up service as pages take forever to load up and you are limited to the things you can do. Ever try watching videos on youtube with dial up service? For the few dollars more it would be best to upgrade to at least DSL.

  2. Step 2

When using dial up service it's best to have a couple browsers open and to do multiple task at one time.

  3. Step 3

As you click on a page to open in one browser instead of just sitting there and waiting for the page to open go to the other browser and do whatever your doing there while that other page is loading.

  4. Step 4

When your done with that task you can click back to that first browser and that page that you clicked on will be loaded.

  5. Step 5

Go back and forth between the browsers doing your task.

  6. Step 6

It might seem kind of tacky but it is the best you can do to get the most done with dial up internet service.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try not to overload and have too many browsers open loading up pages. This might slow down everything and none of your pages will load properly.
