How to Have Plump and Juicy Lips
Plump, juicy lips are considered a sign of youth and fertility, which is a primary reason so many women wear lipstick. Many women even resort to cosmetic surgeries and implants to make their lips appear plumper, which can be expensive, painful and can result in infected or uneven lips. If you were not naturally blessed with full lips, you can easily create the appearance of fuller lips using makeup or simply a few natural ingredients. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Scrub your lips using a small toothbrush. This will exfoliate dead skin on your lips and make them look smoother. Exfoliating can also increase circulation to your lips, resulting in a temporary swelling effect.
-
2
Moisturize your lips with lip balm or petroleum jelly. Mix cinnamon oil or cayenne pepper into the balm or jelly for an added swelling effect. This will tingle slightly, but the spices will stimulate blood flow to your lips, and they will appear naturally darker and plumper.

Line your lips using a nude or very light lip liner. Begin at the outer corners and work your way upward to the cupid's bow, which is the small "M" shape in the center of your upper lip. This will emphasize the natural feminine shape of your lips. Avoid using a dark shade of liner as this will give your lips a "fake" appearance.

4
Apply a lighter or metallic shade of lipstick to the center of your lips to make your lips appear full and youthful. Avoid bright reds or dark berry shades, which can make your lips appear thinner.
-
5
Apply a clear lip gloss for a youthful, juicy effect. Some glosses, called "lip plumpers," are designed to reflect light from your lips, which makes them appear bigger. Many lip plumpers even contain spices such as cinnamon and pepper for a swelling effect.

Tips & Warnings
Apply a small amount of light brown eye shadow directly underneath the center of your lower lip. This will create the illusion of a shadow, which makes your lips seem larger and fuller than they really are.
