How to Add plugins/filters to Paint shop PRO X2

Adding Plug ins/ Filters to Paint Shop Pro X2 and other versions of Paint Shop pro

Difficulty: Easy

Instructions

1. Please refer to image
   Open a new project in Paint Shop pro located at left hand corner little white icon

2. Please refer to image
   Click on preset button

3. Please refer to image
   a new window will open, click bottom right folder

4. Please refer to image
   this is where you will find PSP folders, Presets, brushes, masks, gradients etc. Click on the add button ( right corner)

5. Please refer to image
   now you will see all your files, what you will do next is click on the folder where your plug ins/ filters are located open file

6. Please refer to image
   you will be taken back to the previous window, PSP folders, brushes, gradients etc Click ok at the bottom. Click on effects back in PSP to make sure that your plug ins are there. If not try shutting down PSP and restarting. You should now have your plug ins.

Tips & Warnings

• I find it easier to create a folder in MY Documents and placing all your plug ins and filters there , when installing they are easy to find. I hope that you have found this tutorial helpful. If you have an problems feel free to contact me. Thank you and enjoy!
