Open the polo shirt design website at customink.com. Click on the "Custom polo shirt creations" link.

Choose whether the polo shirt is for a man or a woman. There are two images at the bottom at the bottom of the screen; one for men and the other for women. Double-click on the "Shop now" link below the image.

Pick a color and plain shirt design prior to creating your polo shirt. When the next screen loads, there will be four different images for choices to choose from for your polo shirt's color and design. Click on on the colored square that signifies the color you desire for your shirt. The design portal will open automatically.

Design your polo shirt. There will be two menus, both vertical and horizontal, on the left side of the screen. Click on the icon links to choose your design element. You will be able to add text, art and names to your shirt's design, and change the polo's color. Each element will appear on the virtual polo shirt. Using your mouse, click over the virtual polo shirt to position your design element.

Save your polo shirt design. Click on the "Save/send" link in the lower left corner of the screen. You will be prompted. You will be prompted to name your design and provide your email address. Type this information in the two blank data forms provided. An email confirmation of your shirt design will be sent to your email address.

Long-sleeve polo shirts are unisex. If you want to create a design on a long-sleeve polo shirt, scroll below the two polo shirt links, and click on the long-sleeve polo shirt link. Click on the "Ideas Gallery" at the top of the screen to choose an occasion that correlates with your desired design.
All colors are not offered in every design. Please be sure to click on all four shirt designs and browse before making your final decision.
