- 11 cups peeled, sliced peaches. (about 5.5 lbs fresh or 4.5 frozen)

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

Combine peaches with 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup sugar, and mix in the 3 tablespoons of flour.
