Things You'll Need:
- Team Edward & Team Jacob Shirts
- Twilight Decorations
- Twilight, the movie
- Twilight Fans!
-
Step 1
Start the party planning by sending out Twilight invitations. There are several websites online that offer free Twilight invite printouts, or you can go to a specialty store to purchase these specialty cards. Start the party between sunset and dusk, you know, during "Twilight"!
-
Step 2
Ask your guests to RSVP with their shirt size and whether or not they are "Team Edward" or "Team Jacob." Their team affiliation will be used several times throughout the party night.
-
Step 3
Decorate with Twilight inspired decorations: Red and Black are great theme colors. Stars on the ceiling, and movie posters on the wall are a nice touch. Have Twilight, the movie, playing in the background on your TV as a soundtrack to your party.
-
Step 4
When the guests walk in the door, hand them their "Team Jacob" or "Team Edward" shirt. Be ready with some body glitter to sparkle those on "Team Edward." You can also give out vampire teeth, if you'd like. Paper werewolf masks can be handed out to "Team Jacob."
-
Step 5
Vampires don't eat, but that doesn't mean werewolves don't! To keep up with your Twilight theme, have some red and black snacks: Red Fruit Rollups, Red Velvet Cake, Apple slices with dip, and Chocolate cupcakes with red frosting. Don't forget to serve only red drinks-Red wine for those of you who are over 21, or Fruit punch for the kiddies.
-
Step 6
Since you're broken out in "Team Edward" and "Team Jacob," play some Twilight inspired games. Twilight trivia, the Twilight board game, or-even more fun: Plan a game of baseball outside!! Just make sure Victoria isn't watching...
