- 3g of nandrolone powder (you cannot synthesize nandrolone itself from raw chemicals)
- 1ml of benzyl benzoate
- 1ml of benzyl alcohol
- 25.7ml of vegetable or canola oil
- 20CC Syringe
- 12CC Syringe
- 1 23ga 0.5" needle
- 1 25ga 0.5" needle
- .22um sterile Whatman filter
- 30ml sterile vial
- 30ml vial
- Muffin tray
- Oven
- Pan
- Rubbing alcohol/paper towels
- Scoopula

Making Nandrolone Phenolpropionate

Use isopropyl rubbing alcohol and paper towels to wipe down your work area and all equipment.

Put the vegetable or canola oil in a muffin tray and insert tray into oven at 225˚F. Add some water to the pan and place it on medium to low heat on top of the stove.

Scoop 3g of the powder into the 30ml vial, then use the 12cc syringe to add 1ml of benzyl benzoate and 1ml of benzyl alcohol.

Using the syringe, transfer 20.7 ml of the oil to the vial, leaving the remaining oil in the muffin pan in the oven. Place the vial in the pan with the heated water to allow the powder to dissolve.

Insert the 23-gauge needle and 25-gauge needle into the stopper of the sterile vial. Then attach the Whatman filter to the 25-gauge needle. Then attach the 18-gauge needle to the 20ml syringe and then use the syringe to withdraw the solution from the vial in the pan of water.

Remove the needle and then connect the syringe to the Whatman filter. Slowly push the solution through the Whatman filter and into the sterile vial.

Detach the 20ml syringe, and use it to draw up the remainder of the oil from the muffin pan. Reattach the 20ml syringe to the Whatman filter, and then slowly push this oil through.
