Burn iTunes Music to CD
Burn iTunes Music to CD

Ever wondered how to copy your iTunes music into a CD or DVD? You need not use other CD/DVD burner software. The iTunes has a built in burner function. Here are easy steps.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer with CD or DVD burner
  • Blank CDs or DVDs
  • iTunes Software
  • Internet Access
  1. Step 1

If you are an iTunes user, copying music to a CD or DVD has never been so easy. Many CD burning software have too many steps to do the burning process. If you have not done so already, run the iTunes software.

  2. Step 2

Create an iTunes playlist. In the iTunes main menu, go to File and select New Playlist. Give the playlist a name. Go to Music in the Library section on the top left of the iTunes screen. Select the music files you want to go in your playlist (do a right click on the song and select Add To Playlist).

  3. Step 3

Insert a blank CD or DVD in your CD or DVD Burner.

  4. Step 4

In the iTunes screen, go to the specific playlist with the songs you want to burn. Do a right click and select Burn Playlist to Disc. In this example, the Test playlist has 6 songs to burn.

  5. Step 5

Let iTunes copy the music to the CD or DVD. When the process is complete, test the disk to make sure the contents are correct and the playback is acceptable.
