How to Convert Pantone Colors
There are several different color systems that any graphics artist must be aware of. One of these is Pantone. But graphics artists occasionally need to convert the values for a Pantone color into another, like RGB or CMYK. It's not difficult to determine these other values is to use a graphics program like Photoshop.

Open Photoshop. Select "File" and click "Open." Browse to the graphic image you want to work with and open it.

Select the "Foreground" color from the toolbar. A dialog box will open.

Use the "Eyedropper" tool to select a color you want to know the color values of. To the right in the dialog, you will be given the RGB, CMYK, LAB, HSB and Hex format color values for that color, thereby converting the Pantone color value.
