There are no cures for Parkinson's Disease, but some vitamins can help to slow the progress of Parkinson's Disease as well as help to relieve or treat some of its symptoms. Below are some vitamins that have been proven effective to help treat Parkinson's Disease and its symptoms.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Take 750 mg of Vitamin C, four times each day. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that is important in helping to prevent damage from free radicals that can worsen Parkinson's Disease as well as its symptoms.

  2. Step 2

    Take 1,00 mg of Calcium and 500 mg of Magnesium each day. Both minerals work to help improve nervous system function and prevent further damage.

  3. Step 3

    Take 1,200 mg of Coenzyme Q10 each day. Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant that has been shown to help slow the progress of early stage Parkinson's Disease. It can be used at any stage of Parkinson's Disease though to help control the condition.

  4. Step 4

    Take 800 IU of a Vitamin E Complex, four times per day. Vitamin E helpos to prevent free radical damage and can help to improve Parkinson's Disease as well.
