Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Take 100 mg of Zinc daily for 60 days, then lower the dosage to 50 mg daily for maintenance. Take the Zinc with 3 mg of Copper. Zinc helps to improve immune function as well as reduce prostate congestion.

  2. Step 2

Take 25,000 IU of Vitamin A daily for one week. Vitamin A helps to enhance immune function and this one week treatment helps to drastically improve immune function and help to relieve prostatitis pain and discomfort.

  3. Step 3

Take 1,000 mg of Vitamin C, 3-4 times per day. Vitamin C works by inhibiting the growth of E. Coli and also helps to make the urine more acidic so that bacteria struggles to grow. Vitamin C also helps to relieve inflammation in patients suffering from Prostatitis.
