The Goji Berry is a red berry that is grown in Tibet and Mongolia and resembles a cherry. Because the berry is loaded with Vitamin C, iron, amino acids, protein, iron and other important vitamins and minerals, it is extremely nutritious. The berry can be consumed on a daily basis and even comes in juice form. When purchasing the Goji Berry in juice form, there are certain specifics you should look for to ensure that you are getting the purest form of the juice.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Visit an organic or natural food store such as Whole Foods or your local Asian supermarket. You can also purchase Goji juice from on-line health-food stores such as LiveFoods.com or directly from the GojiBerry.com website.

  2. Step 2

Read the label on the Goji Berry to see what it contains and what type of berry is used. If the juice contains Chinese "Wolfberry," you should avoid it since it is not a true Goji Berry. The Chinese Wolfberry also uses a lot of pesticides and chemicals to grow the berry. One of the stores that sells the Chinese Goji juice that you should avoid is Whole Foods Supermarket.

  3. Step 3

Choose one of the two purest organic forms of the Goji Berry, which is the Himalayan and the Tibetan, with the Tibetan Berry being the most potent. While Whole Foods offer the Chinese Goji that should be avoided, they also sell the Himalayan and the Tibetan.

  4. Step 4

Purchase your juice by submitting appropriate payment tender. If purchasing online, you will need to enter valid credit-card information to complete your purchase.

Tips & Warnings
  • Refrigerate your Goji juice after opening to ensure that it is kept fresh. The Tibetan Goji Berry company will advise you of authentic Goji Berry vendors in your area if you send an email inquiry to info@gojiberry.com.
