Have Younger Looking Skin for Years to Come

We all want to have younger looking skin, and when you get older it gets harder and harder to achieve this. Years of harsh pollutants, sun damage, and chemicals can do a number on your skin.

One thing is for sure that it's never too late to try and stop the aging process just a little bit. Here are some tips to help you achieve a more youthful and radiant glow.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Drink water. Your skin needs water and if you don't drink enough water, you will age prematurely. You should try to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Water will also keep you body younger. Every organ in your body requires water to stay healthy and keep things running smoothly..

  2. Step 2

Use vaseline to help make your skin soft. I like to wash my face and then put a thin layer of vaseline on it. Then take a warm to hot rag (whatever you can stand on your skin) and let it sit for two minutes. Then remove and clean your skin with water. Your skin will be so soft and supple.

  3. Step 3

Don't forget these no-brainer...don't smoke, use sunscreen, and remove your makeup nightly.

And eat properly. Make sure you eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, and dairy products. If you are not eating the right kinds of foods every day, take a multi vitamin.
