Instructions

    • 1

Thaw the chicken breasts if necessary. If they are more than an inch thick, fillet them by putting the chicken breasts on a cutting board and cutting through the middle, parallel to the board. You should get two cuts of chicken approximately the same size. Do this for both chicken breasts. This will make the chicken easier to cook and shorten the cooking time.

    • 2

Mix all of the other ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl. Mix well and add the chicken breasts. Rub the chicken down thoroughly and make sure it is coated well. There should be just enough ingredients to coat the chicken.

    • 3

Use a barbecue grill or skillet in the kitchen to grill the breasts. If you use a grill, brush it down with a little oil. Set the grill to high until hot, then lower to medium for around five minutes. This will stabilize the temperature for cooking. Place the breasts on the grill for five minutes on each side. Use a knife to make sure there is no blood inside the chicken.

Cook in a skillet by first drizzling a little olive oil onto the skillet and turning the heat on medium. Once ready, cook the chicken for five minutes on each side. Again, check to make sure the middle of the chicken breast has no blood.

Tips & Warnings

  • Combine the chicken with vegetables or rice for a well-rounded entree.

too sour :( i suggest using only a third of the lemon or even a quarter of it. Do not leave to marinate for too long >_< But overall, its really good and easy! ;)
