How to Heal Past Lives
Past lives can affect you in the present. If your past lives are riddled with bad karma or excess stress, you will need to release this stress in a calming, healing ritual. Many of the problems we face in our lives are easily healed by releasing some of the bad karma that has plagued our pasts. To balance out your karma, try committing some good deeds and being giving and open of yourself. This will counteract some of the negativity of your past and let the good in. If this does not work, try the healing ritual below.

Find a relaxing, comforting space to begin your healing ritual. This could be in a quiet room filled with burning incense, or outside in the warm sunlight. Choose a place that feels like a sanctuary for you so can feel at peace. Close your eyes throughout the ritual.

Breathe in and out deeply until you are in a calm, relaxed state. Make sure your heart rate is consistent and natural. Keep breathing while focusing on your breath until you feel refreshed and ready to begin. This should take no longer than five minutes.

Make your desire to escape the oppression of your past lives known once and for all. Declare out loud that you will no longer be a prisoner of the bad karma created in your former lives. Say it out loud while visualizing yourself releasing the bad karma you have been carrying. Repeat as needed.

Visualize yourself free of bad karmic past lives. Your bad karma could take the shape of luggage or just a feeling of weight. Once that weight is lifted or that luggage is gone, you are ready to finalize the ritual.

Say out loud that you are ready to embrace a new lifestyle that is free of your karmic past lives. Take all the time you need, as there is no reason to rush this process. When you feel ready, you can open your eyes. You should feel lighter, perhaps even a little light-headed. But over time you will feel braver, stronger, happier and healthier.
