Things You'll Need:
- Hot sunny day.
- Bucket
- Stern Nylon Bristle Brush
- Carpet Deodorizer (Professional strength)
- Clean Water
-
Step 1
First vacuum the carpet, then get a warm bucket of water ready. Spray the carpet lightly with the deodorizer and spray more in the soiled areas. Let the solution soak for about 30 seconds to one minute. Dip the nylon brush in the clean water and start to gently scrub the carpet.
-
Step 2
Do one section at a time until you are happy with the results. Make sure you use little water possible. Once you have finished the entire car let the windows down and park the car in the sunlight. Let the carpets air dry, if they do not dry thoroughly they will leave an unpleasant odor.
-
Step 3
Lastly, you are done. All you have to do is let the sun dry it for you and enjoy saving yourself the price of carpet shampoo. This gives the same results of a professional job and it is cheaper.
