Abdominal bloating can be reduced if you know how to deal with bloating problems.

This is how you can reduce abdominal bloating.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Consider using a fiber supplement that does not increase abdominal bloating issues. Fiber supplements are being used more often. It is possible that the psyllium in your fiber supplement is making your bloating problems increase. Keep this in mind to help reduce abdominal bloating.

  2. Step 2

Improve your diet to reduce abdominal bloating problems. Increase your potassium intake to help your stomach bloating. Bananas, fresh fruit, and vegetables are great foods to control bloating. Stay away from alcohol and foods that are high in sodium to reduce abdominal bloating.

  3. Step 3

Eat smaller portions. Every meal does not have to stuff your stomach completely full. It also helps to eat slower, and take time between your portions during a meal.

The right supplements, and a healthy diet can make abdominal bloating less of a concern.
