Step 1
Put Legos of various sizes in a large jar and let each person attending the party guess how many Legos are in the jar.

Put pictures of various items (houses, animals, equipment) on note cards and have the kids build the item out of Legos. If the kid does not like the card they got they can trade with others.

Step 3
See who can build the highest lego building without it falling over in 10 minutes. If the building falls the child is eliminated.

Step 4
Play Legos bingo. Instead of B I N G O across the top. Put L E G O S. Instead of numbers on the cards use about 100 different Lego bricks. Put the same color of Legos bricks under each letter. Put the bricks in random order on the cards. My wife is a mathmetician so she used a random number generator to make sure it was random. Pictures of the bricks can be cut and pasted from the Lego website. This can take several hours but is worth the effort. Put the bricks used in a jar and pick them one at a time and let the kids cover the chips with pennies or checker pieces until someone yells L E G O S!
