The prevention of leg cramps, also known as charley horses. This is a tip that has been passed down through generations. I had severe leg cramps when I was pregnant and I found this to be helpful.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 bar of soap
  • Your mattress
  1. Step 1

Go into your bedroom. Pull your comforter and sheets back at the foot of the bed to expose your mattress. Once you have your mattress exposed, you may continue to step 2.

  2. Step 2

Unwrap one bar of soap (any kind will do). Place one bar of unwrapped soap under the fitted sheet on top your mattress near the foot of your bed. It does not matter where at the foot of the bed. After you have placed the bar of soap on the mattress you may continue to step 3.

  3. Step 3

Put sheets and comforter back on mattress just as they were. After you have finished making you bed, continue to step 4.

  4. Step 4

Go to bed at bed time tonight. You should not have leg cramps. Wake up feeling refreshed.

Tips & Warnings
  • The small flat bars of soap from hotels work great. They are flat so therefore you don't feel it as often as a regular bar of soap.
  • Do not use soap that you may be allergic to.
