Step 1
Plug in your MP3 player to the USB port on your computer. In my situation, a window on my computer pops out as shown on the picture. I click OK to show the internal memory of my MP3 player.

I click all the way to my podcast folder that is already in my MP3 player. Then I minimize the folder for later use.

Open your iTunes program. If your MP3 player is not iTunes compatible it will not sync with iTunes and it will not show up as a device on the iTunes program.

On your iTunes program click on the Podcasts icon to show the files that you want to download to your MP3 player. In my case I want to download my NPR Economy Podcasts as shown on the picture.

Right Click on the first file, then click on Show in Window Explorer.

This will open up the iTunes folder that contains all the podcasts I want to download as shown on the picture.

Click on the first file to highlight the file. Then hold the shift key down while pressing down on the down arrow key to highlight all the files you want to download. In my case I am downloading a total of 13 files.

Press ctrl and X at the same time on your keyboard. This will delete the files from your iTunes program and they will be ready to transfer to your MP3 player. If you do not want to delete the podcast files from your iTunes program press ctrl and C at the same time and proceed to step 9.

Maximize the MP3 player window that you previously minimize and then right click on the podcasts folder then click on Paste.

Depending on how much file you have, you will have to wait for a few seconds or few minutes for the podcasts to download to your MP3 player. Once downloading is finished unplug your MP3 player and enjoy your podcasts.
