    First, you peel the skin off the peach.

  2. Step 2

    Second, from the top of the peach, cut all the way around the peach. Then start at the top again and cut around the peach, so that you have cut the peach in 1/4

  3. Step 3

    Beginning at the middle of the peach, cut all the way around the peach. Break off the eight slices and your peach is ready to eat! Red Globe peaches are great peaches to slice this way. You can have a fast and easy snack for you or your children. A delicious and easy dessert to make with your sliced peaches is as follows: take two sliced peaches and place in skillet over medium heat with two tablespoons of butter. Add one teaspoon cinnamon and two tablespoons of brown sugar. Bring to a boil and let simmer about five minutes or until peaches are semi-soft. Serve warm over vanilla bean ice cream. ENJOY!
