Step 1
Select your roast. A sirloin or chuck roast is an excellent choice for your grill. Ideally a roast that is 3-5 pounds is a great choice.
-
Step 2
Season your meat. A great seasoning to use is Lipton Onion Soup mix. Rub your seasoning all over your roast. Or you can season with your favorite seasoning mix.
-
Step 3
Sear the meat by cooking it at a high heat on your grill. This will lock in the juices and create a more desirable taste. Also the taste and texture of the crust in contrast to the interior makes a really yummy flavor.
-
Step 4
Once you've seared the meat and have cooked it on high for about 15 minutes, shut your grill off and leave it sit for about one hour. Do not open up the grill but leave it cook internally so that it gets tender and delicious.

Step 5
Serve your roast and enjoy.
