Instructions

    • 1

Place the chicken breasts in a large pot and add enough water to cover the chicken. Cook over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is done.

    • 2

Dice the peppers and the onion while the chicken is cooking. Set the vegetables aside.

    • 3

Remove the chicken from the heat when it is finished cooking. Set the pot aside to cool.

    • 4

Chop the cooled chicken into small pieces. Save the water from the cooking pot.

    • 5

Put the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the green and red peppers and the onion. Saute until the onions are clear.

    • 6

Lower the heat under the saucepan and add the 2 cans of diced tomatoes with chili peppers, the can of diced tomatoes and the cheese. Cook over low heat to melt the cheese.

    • 7

Add 3 chicken bouillon cubes to the water used to cook the chicken breasts. Return the pot to the stove and bring it to a boil over high heat.

    • 8

Add the box of spaghetti noodles to the boiling water and cook about 10 minutes.

    • 9

Drain the cooked noodles. Add the noodles to the pot of cheese, peppers and onions. You can add a splash of milk if you want to thin the sauce a bit.

Stir everything well and then serve.
