this is a nice bath salt to relief your body after a hard day of playing sports to relax and unwind.

Bath salts are very easy to make. For a frugal alternative to Epsom salts you can use a fine grade pool rock salt just substitute the Epsom salts in all our bath salt recipes for frugal pool salt.

Sprinkle into the bath under running water for a more relaxing soak.

candles can also make your soak more relaxing.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup Epsom salts 4-5 drops Food Coloring 2 drops of wintergreen essential oil 2 drops of eucalyptus essential oil 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
  1. Step 1

    add Epsom salt, wintergreen essential oil, eucalyptus, and peppermint essential oil together and mix well.

  2. Step 2

    then add food coloring Make sure the food color, blends in to the salt or it wont look very inviting or relaxing.

  3. Step 3

    You can do this by tossing the salt over and over again.

    Add dried rose petals, or lavender sprigs for a natural presentation.

    Add your bath salts to a decorative jar and place a small wooden spoon inside for a great inexpensive gift.
