Things You'll Need:
- Egg whites
- Basting brush
- Warm water
- Washcloth
- Bowl or Cup
- And sun burned skin :)

Step 1
Begin by taking an egg and cracking it open. Then, separate the egg whites from the egg yolk by letting it run through your fingers into a bowl or a cup. Discard the egg yolk that remains, or, eat it for breakfast :)

Step 2
Apply egg whites on sun burned skin with a basting brush, the same brush that you probably use to apply barbeque sauce onto your chicken when grilling.

Step 3
Let the egg whites sit on your sun burned skin for at least 10-15 minutes. The egg whites will absorb the heat from the sun burned skin. Basically, the egg whites will cook and they will become white in color (as opposed to clear).

Step 4
Wash off the egg whites with a clean, damp washcloth or even easier, take a shower. If pain still exists, repeat the steps.
