3.Exercise on a consistent basis. It increases your focus and may help see solutions to problems.
4. Meditate. Simple meditation for five minutes a day can help your clear your mind.
5. Manage your worry. Focus on the situation and don't read more into it than their really is.
6. Don't use alchohol. It is a depressant. In anxious situations you can rely on it too heavily and gain another problem in the process.
7. Find relaxing activities. On a regular basis do something you enjoy such as, gardening, painting, reading or listening to soothing music. -
