2
Repeat the above step with a 10-inch round cake pan and an 8-inch round cake pan to make the additional tiers.

3
Fold a patterned receiving blanket in half lengthwise. Continue to fold it until it equals the same height as one tier of diapers. Wrap the receiving blanket around the bottom tier of diapers. Pin the end of the receiving blanket to keep it in place. Wrap a length of ribbon around the center of the tier and tie it in a bow. Repeat the step to wrap the 10-inch tier in a solid-colored receiving blanket and the 8-inch tier in a patterned receiving blanket.

4
Move the 12-inch tier onto a cake tray and stack the other tiers on top.
-
5
Arrange five or six medium-size silk flowers on the edges of the bottom tier. You can place the flowers on the tiers or pin them to the edge of the receiving blanket to keep them from shifting. Add four or five silk flowers to the middle tier. Place a large silk flower in the center of the top tier.

6
Place the entire diaper cake on a large piece of tulle and wrap the tulle up and over. Tie a ribbon around the tulle at the top of the cake to keep it in place.
