How to Play Flip Words for Free
Flip Words is a puzzle game for all ages that involves finding words hidden in a field of letters. Each word you find is part of a hidden phrase. The goal is to determine the phrase within a time limit. You can guess the phrase before finding all of the words by typing the phrase into a text box and pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. You have 20 tries to guess the words and phrase.

Load Flip Words from an online gaming website such as MSN Games. Look at all the letters and try to decide what letters you think will be in the phrase. Click on the red letters with your mouse and drag the mouse along the red letters to create a chain that spells a word.

Click the Submit button once you've found a word in the puzzle. This counts as your first attempt to identify a word in the phrase. For each correct word you find, a letter in the phrase is revealed.

Try using the vowels that have a Free mark on them to receive an extra letter revealed in the hidden phrase. Find red letters that say "Double" or "Triple" to receive more points.

Click on the Shuffle button to shuffle the letters around. Each shuffle counts as a turn but is helpful in finding words that are hidden.

Click on the Guess Phrase button to guess the hidden phrase. Each guess uses a turn, so be sure to not guess the hidden phrase until you're sure you know what it could be.
