1 heat iron on cotton setting with steam on
2. turn iron off
3. while iron is hot spray oven cleaner about 10 inches from iron on heated surface.
4. wait 5 minutes press towel with iron and release steam

Things You'll Need:

  • 1. old towel
  • 2. oven cleaner spray
  1. Step 1

    1.Heat your iron on the cotton setting for five minutes.

  2. Step 2

    2. Turn your iron off, while iron is still hot spray oven cleaner about ten inches from your iron, making sure to cover entire surface.

  3. Step 3

    3. Wait five minutes,then take your towel and lay it flat on your iron board. press the iron on towel and release steam. if your steam won't work with the iron off turn it back on and lower the heat. Move iron back and forth a few times releasing the steam as you move iron. If any of the oven cleaner is trapped in the steam vents use a Qtip to remove it. Oven cleaner also works great on the build up on the bottom of pots and pans.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always try and use oven cleaner that is for warm oven cleaning, it works best.
