Prep the skin. Making sure the area is shaved and clean is a must for transferring the stencil onto the skin. After that is done, rub unscented deodorant on the area where the tattoo will go.

Detach the second layer of the transfer paper, making sure the stencil is thoroughly dry. Apply to the desired area of skin, making sure you pat the paper down along the skin as you go. Make sure the paper doesn't move as you press it down.

Remove the stencil with rubbing alcohol if you don't like the placement. Before trying again, reapply the deodorant.
