Things You'll Need:
- Tuna
- Mayonnaise
- Sweet Pickle Relish
- Salt & Pepper
- Mustard(optional)
- Boiled Egg(optional)
- Bread(optional)-sandwich
-
Step 1
Buy Albacore tuna, it is the best. Very chunky and get the brand that is packed in water, not oil. Drain the water out of the Tuna before you start. Place it in a bowl big enough to add other ingredients.
-
Step 2
Depending on how much Tuna you are making, determines how many cans to use. The more Tuna means more of all the other ingredients must be added.
-
Step 3
Everything is geared to your taste so if you love Sweet Relish, then put as much as you want, but do a taste test, you don't want to go over board. Add about 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper or less if you desire.
-
Step 4
Add Mayonnaise by the TBSP until it is to your desire. Usually two is enough for two large cans of Tuna, but if you decide more or less, that's on you. You can substitute season salt or Morton's vegetable seasoning also. Mustard is optional, and it is also to your taste. I like olive slivers also at time.......I'm getting hungry :)

Step 5
If you want to add eggs, boil them for at least 10 minutes, then remove the shell and slice em up and place on top of finished tuna. Eat it with bread on a sandwich, on top of a bed of lettuce with crackers, hmmmm delicious.
