This article is a VERY easy recipe for a way to spice up asparagus. I love asparagus and garlic and I love that this recipe includes both! Enjoy!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Asparagus as much or as little as you want. It can be fresh or frozen
  • Minced Garlic again as much or as little as you want
  • Shredded Parmasan
  • Olive Oil ( I use extra virgin)
  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees ,take a 13x9 pan and pour some extra virigin olive oil all over the bottom. If you are using fresh asparagus make sure to wash it and trim the bottoms and remove some of the spear looking sharp things (sorry don't know what they are called) If you are using frozen then just put it in the pan.

  2. Step 2

Put the minced garlic all over the asparagus, you can use as much or as little as you want. I use a lot because I LOVE garlic and it turns out soo good! Cover the pan with foil and put in the oven for about 25 mins.

  3. Step 3

After about 25 minutes of baking remove the foil and add the parmesan cheese. (the one in the cheese section, not the one that you get in the can and pour on pasta! :) Add as much or as little as you like. Leave uncovered and put back in the oven for about 5-10 mins or until cheese is melted!

Next step is the easiest...take out and ENJOY!!!!

Tips & Warnings
  • I have used both fresh and frozen asparagus and they both come out the same way. You don't need to defrost the asparagus first. You can cook it frozen
